Headquartered in San Diego, California, XCom Global, Inc. is the U.S. based subsidiary of Inter Communications Co., Ltd.
Inter Communications is a Tokyo based telecommunications company which has been providing low cost, wireless rental services for 14 years and has established itself as a leader among international 3G broadband companies worldwide.Based on this experience, XCom Global was established to provide fixed rate data services to U.S. based international travelers.

Mission

At XCom Global, our mission is to provide the lowest cost, international data rental service to individuals and corporate clients that travel internationally, for both business and leisure.
In order to accomplish this mission, we are partnered with the largest cellular service providers in the countries in which we offer service.
We are continually seeking out these providers in new markets in order to expand our country offerings and meet the increasing demands of the international travelers need to remain connected while traveling abroad, without having to incur international roaming rates while doing so.

Strategy

Our competitive strategy is to focus on the user-friendly mobile Internet service for reasonable price, while the carrier's International Roaming service is still quite expensive. Carriers in US lag behind in reducing International Roaming fee for 2 reasons, one is the constructive reason that they have to pay the connection cost to the local carriers and the other is because US consumers don't claim much for lower International Roaming fee. If you see the global network market all over the countries, Europe and Asian companies try to provide the flat rate for International Roaming in few countries, however, still it is not so cheap.

This situation will continue as long as International Roaming system exists.
Our mission is to create the environment which every US traveler can enjoy the reasonable and reliable mobile Internet service without any concern.

In order to achieve our mission, we build the alliances with world carriers and the internationally famous device manufacturer and will provide our unique international mobile Internet service which is differentiated from any other companies' service.
