Rental Steps

Step.1           Order Online

to place your order via our convenient online order form.

Step.2           Payment

Your credit card will be charged the quoted amount as soon as you place your order. Additional charges or credits will be handled upon product return.

How rates are calculated

Your billing cycle begins the day you depart and ends the day you return, and it is our policy to charge our daily rates as long as a device is in your possession.

Step.3           Delivery

Once your order is placed, you will receive a
confirmation email with a tracking details.

Be sure to place your order at least 3 business
days prior to your departure.

Step.4           Setup

Mobile Hotspot

With the MiFi Mobile Hotspot there is no need for software installation and is shipped to you pre-programmed for your destination. Simply push the power button and locate the mifi_2372_XXXX WiFi network and connect.

USB Modem

Software installation is embedded in the modem and will automatically start upon connection to your laptop. After software has been installed and configured properly, it will automatically search for the proper network and allow you to connect.

 

*The Mobile Partner software can be installed prior to departure but will only provide connectivity upon arrival of destination.

Step.5           Stay Connected

Once at your destination, use your international air card (data card) rental to connect to the internet to check email, surf the web, access files and stay connected to your business associates, clients, friends and family almost anywhere in the world, 24/7.

Step.6           Return

A pre-paid return envelope and shipping label will be
included in your original order. DO NOT LOSE THIS.
Be sure to return the product within 1 business day of
returning to the U.S. to avoid late fees.

 

NOTE: Per-day late fees will be assessed beginning
the fourth business day after your usage term is over.
