Very sadly, XCom Global is announcing the closure of its USA operations. We are very grateful that we were able to serve our customers since our start in 2010. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking us along on your adventures and trips, near and far. We are planning to gradually phase out operations starting today and completely shutting down US operations during mid-December. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time. We encourage our customers, especially those who have an outstanding order with us, to read through the following detail regarding the closure schedule.

Mid – Late Dec Close operations
At XCom Global, it is very important to fulfill and serve you at the best possible quality until our closure. However, for customers whom we will not be able to serve, wholly or partially, due to the closure, we will be providing refunds. Starting the week of November 20th, we will be contacting customers whose orders end after Dec 15th 2017 and are waiting to be shipped, to cancel the order and refund in full. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused in your travel plans. If your outstanding order is scheduled to end BEFORE Dec 15th, we would love to keep you connected but if you wish to cancel your order before the fulfillment we can process a refund at no extra charge.
